Asana practice: Vigorous and challenging asanas to remove stagnancy. Focus on chest, head and stomach. Move energy up towards the sky.

You may need to kick, prod and insult them just to get them off the couch. They require spiciness in their food, environment, and relationships to motivate and stimulate their interests. Since they lack motivation, they are motivated by fear and bribery.
