2-Continued weight loss 60 gr. of carbs
3- Maintenance
Some of the recipes that I have tried are the Lemon Cheese cake smoothie, Fabulous frapuccino and the Hot cinnamon Cereal. These recipes are for any phase!
The recipes are easy to follow not to many ingredients and the book has really great information for you to get started in low carb and protein food and great vegetarian meals!
One recipe I am going to try is the tofu crips!
